Hard Maple in the Kiln 14 Days

After 14 days in the kiln, this stack of 4/4 Hard Maple is ready to be unloaded. An average kiln is about 35,000BF.

We use heat and air movement to slowly dry the lumber to a target of 5-6% moisture content and stabilizes at approximately 6-8%.

Attention to detail when stacking the lumber and loading the kilns is critical to producing high quality dried lumber.
