In late 2016 we had this approximately 9600 square feet built for lumber storage. Over the past few years vinyl covers have begun to develop tears or splits in and around the seams. This certainly is not what we were expecting, and it has become a problem for lumber storage.
Today after long delays in waiting for replacement covers, they are here and the time has come to replace all of the roof covering. (pictures to come!)
These pictures were taken this past winter when we first started having problems. Repairs are currently underway on our newest dry lumber storage building.

Few pictures of repairs currently underway on our newest dry lumber storage building. After long delays in waiting for replacement covers, they are here and the time has come to replace all of the roof covering.
The dealer has been very cooperative and has done an outstanding job expediting repairs and providing temporary repairs as needed.
The weather is great on Tuesday for the crew to start the removal of the existing cover, and begin preparation for installation of new one.
Hoping to put some pictures up later this week of the completed repairs!

( #1) Large building that we spent a lot of time, effort and money to build. It serves us well. We are very happy to have it back in service.
( #2) Once everything is moved out, we will completely sweep and clean the floor. Making it ready to once again storing some of the best north American hardwood products.
( #3) Some of the last braces being reinstalled.
( #4) It’s very nice to see this side of the building without the large tear in the roof, that was there 5 days ago.
( #5) Picking up tools, and loading equipment getting ready to head to the next job.
